Furnace Clean and Inspection Special $64.95

We do a 17-point inspection on your furnace and includes cleaning all components of water heaters, carbon monoxide safety check, replacing filters, running a thorough check on all mechanical components, and verifying that all appliances and components will meet with the Pike's Peak Regional Building Code, one pleated filter per system. We'll give your furnace a clean bill of health and assure that the mechanical room is up to code.
