I had a gas furnace with a pilot light go out on me about 4 winters ago. It was at the coldest time of the year and reached below 10 degrees that week. Erik Lerum, of Lerum Heating, replaced my furnace with a new model, including and electric starter. He has maintained it ever since. It runs very well and I am very satisfied with his work.

Lerum Heating did great work at a great price- we’re very happy with the results and Erik even managed to fit us in during a very busy period so we could verify our installed a/c lines worked before our warranty expired. They had a leak, which he troubleshot for us. We were to pin-point the nail hole in the line to the builder and had it repaired. Erik saved us hundreds of dollars of repair costs.

I found Lerum Heating on the Internet and decided to give them a call. I spoke with many companies prior, but Lerum Heating not only had the best prices and best schedule, they actually took the time to talk to me, explain their work, and answer all of my questions. Eric, the owner, later followed up with me on the initial service and went out of his wat to work with the city in a dispute that I had with another HVAC company. Eric went above and beyond and saved me several hundreds of dollars. More importantly, he did the right thing. I have not been as impressed with a company in Colorado as I have been with Lerum Heating.

I have known Erik & Raylene Lerum for 36 years. We started flipping houses in 2014 and have used them on everyone of our homes personal and business. Including a furnace, a/c, water heater, cleanings, repairs and inspections. Very reliable, professional and I will not call anyone other than Lerum Heating!!! Jennifer Edelen
