Invoice terms and conditions state that all payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Late fees will be applied after the 6th day of receipt of invoice/service completion. Invoices on installations/replacements are due upon receipt of invoice/service date (not the date of the inspection). It is recommended to have an inspection date set immediately after installation. LH will notify Bld Dept of inspection date the customer requests.
